Returns & Refunds Policy
At Reps and Prints, every item is custom printed, which means we do not offer returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged or does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package by submitting a Support Request to info@repsandprints.com.
Include the following information in your request:
- Order number.
- Email address associated with the order.
- Clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging material, or photos of the item(s) that do not meet your satisfaction.
If there is a manufacturing error, we will prioritize a reprint and ship the replacement using your original shipping method.
What Our Warranty Does Not Cover
Color variations: For color-critical jobs, we request a valid CMYK color code. Without it, we cannot guarantee a 100% color match.
Design errors from customer files: This includes spelling mistakes, low-resolution images, incorrect phone numbers, or other content errors. Please carefully review all digital proofs before approving your order. Once you submit the order or approve a proof, we are not responsible for reprinting due to customer errors.
Time-sensitive orders that arrive late: We advise placing orders well ahead of your event to avoid any possible shipping delays.
